This book investigates users’ experiences and challenges with mobile financial services (MFS) at rural areas of Bangladesh. The contributions of this book is both:

(i) explore to what extent different factors (six major factors, i.e. perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived risk, trust, customer and MFS agent relationship, and perceived cost) positively or negatively influence users’ experience in using MFS.
(ii) understanding of what are the major barriers (users’ low knowledge and awareness level, high transaction cost, technological issues etc.) users face during their use of MFS.
