Malevolent hackers communicate various types of data through particular networks, such as the dark web, demonstrating that there is a lot of intelligence in cyberspace. This paper focuses on gatherings on the dark web and proposes a method for dealing with extricate discussions that incorporate significant data or intelligence from massive numbers of gatherings and recognizes the quality of each gathering using procedures such as artificial intelligence, regular language handling, and so on. This technique will allow us to acquire a better understanding of the emerging threats in cyberspace and take appropriate countermeasures against malicious activities. Many individuals consider IoT, at least to the extent that they consider the necessity to screen and regulate the hundreds of thousands of different sensors and devices that make up a Machine Learning-based system.
