Dr. Stephen Kyakulumbye is a Certified Senior Project Manager (IAPM) and a professional member of the Project Management Association of Project Management South Africa (PMSA). Holds a Doctoral of Philosophy in Information Systems, Masters in Project Management and a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management all aligned to ICT/IS Project Management. With the Bachelor’s Degree in Computing Education and as a registered Graduate Educator by Ministry of Education and Sports, Uganda, he has held several capacities as a Graduate Registered Educator/Trainer.
