Divya Mishra is a Ph.D. Research Scholar in the Department of University School of Management and Entrepreneurship (USME), Delhi Technological University, New Delhi, India. She holds a Bachelors's and Master's Degree in Commerce from the University of Allahabad, specializing in Human Resource Management and Marketing. She received Gold Medals for outstanding performance in the academic field. Her research interests include human resource management, organizational behavior, technology, and innovation management.
