Eloy Pita is the founder and general manager of Spanish consulting firm Increa. He has more than 27 years of experience in marine works (ports, outfalls, caissons, quays, etc.), foundations and structures, beams, and precast concrete (particularly in maritime environments), anti-noise walls, pipelines, formwork, quality systems and environment acoustics.
