Jacinta Nkiru

Dr. (Mrs) Jacinta Nkiru Chukwuma-Orji is a lecturer in the Department of Geology, Federal University of Technology, Minna, Nigeria. She obtained her Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Geological Sciences from Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka, Nigeria and Master of Technology (MTech) and PhD in Geology (Biostratigraphy) from Federal University of Technology, Minna, Nigeria. She has research interest and several publications in biostratigraphy, palynofacies, sedimentology and sequence stratigraphy. She lectures and supervises both undergraduates and postgraduates students thesis in the fields of her research interest. She is a member of Nigerian Mining and Geosciences Society (NMGS), Council of Nigerian Mining Engineers and Geoscientists (COMEG) and African Association of Women in Geosciences Nigeria (AAWGN).
