Ira Ellman, Merriam Distinguished Professor of Law, Emeritus, at Arizona State University, is currently Distinguished Affiliated Scholar at the Center for the Study of Law and Society at the University of California, Berkeley. The author of two leading texts and over 40 articles, he was Chief Reporter for the American Law Institute’s ten-year study, Principles of the Law of Family Dissolution.
