A Gold Medalist in Psychology, she is the Head of Human Resources Department, Lala Lajpatrai Institute of Management, Mumbai, INDIA. She is an Innovation Ambassador of MHRD’s Innovation Cell, Government of India. Her contributions as an evaluator of Government of India’s TOYHACKATHON, as a subject expert in AICTE’s Students Learning Assessment Project and also Exam Reforms Committee has been widely appreciated. She is the co –author of ‘HR Imperatives’.
