Sheqir

Sheqir N. Kutllovci, is a doctor of security sciences. He worked as a professor at the College "FAMA" in Pristina, while from 2019 he works as a full professor at UBT College in Pristina. Also, in 2017 and 2018 he worked as an advisor within the government of the Republic of Kosovo. He has treated and published scientific papers on topics in the field of international law, security issues, and diplomacy.
