Prof. Soubhik

Primarily a statistician, Dr. Soubhik Chakraborty is currently a Professor and formerly Head in the department of Mathematics, Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi, India. His research interests are algorithm and music analysis involving extensive use of computational statistics in which he has been guiding several research scholars leading to PhD and has published several papers, books and research monographs. He is an acknowledged reviewer associated with ACM, IEEE and AMS and has received several awards in teaching and research.
