Author Gunapati Bhargavi an doctoral student in NIRT,ICMR, INDIA. The current author acquired her masters degree in Microbiology and that laid her path to enter into doctoral programme. As part of her thesis she worked with knockout models in deleting full length of genes and also in drug resistance of Mycobacterium tuberculosis. In addition, author were expertize in molecular biology, in-vitro and in-vivo models. The current book by using the above models author explored the function of oxidoreductases in Mycobacterium tuberculosis which weren't reported earlier.
