Elisha IKPE holds PhD in Geography. His interest is in Agroclimatology and Environmental Management. He has worked extensively on rainfall climatology and adaptation strategies in the sudano-sahelian zone of Nigeria with a view to helping farmers adapt to the effects of climate change and improve on the yield of grains.
