JOSEPHINE

An Igorot (Indigenous People) born in Baguio City, Philippines with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Engineering, Masters in Public Administration and Master of Arts in English. A Doctor of Philosophy major in Rural Development and minor in Agricultural Education. Has been working with the government for the past 36 years and an adjunct professor in one of the State Universities.  An advocate of young farmers and rural women development and empowerment.
