Sayan Kumar Roy is a Ph.D. Research Scholar in the Department of Political Science at West Bengal State University. He holds a Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) degree from the University of Burdwan. Furthermore, he has propitiously qualified the prominent National Eligibility Test (NET) examination directed by the University Grants Commission (UGC), India. His principal research interests lie in Public Policy & Governance, where he delves into the intricacy of policymaking & its societal effects.
