Dr. Fatma ELGHARBI
I obtained the Ph.D. degree in Biology engineering from the National School of Engineers of Sfax, Sfax  University, Tunisia, in 2015.  My Ph.D. research was done in the  Centre of Biotechnology of Sfax, Tunisia. In 2016, I integrated the  Centre of Biotechnology of Sfax where I continued my research work in the field of the novel microbial enzymes for industrial applications. I developed many works relative to the  screening, biochemical, molecular, and structural studies as well as scale-up tests of some industrial enzymes.
