Dong Gaifang, Ph. D., professor. Inner Mongolia Agricultural University introduced high-level (back to school) second level talents. Engaged in the design of parallel algorithm for big data environment, research on bioinformation computing (protein prediction, lactic acid bacteria antibacterial peptide prediction, lactobacillus thermophilus interaction prediction research, monoclonal strain population stability research), algorithm design, improvement, parallelization of combinatorial optimization problems, big data and artificial intelligence. She has presided over 4 scientific research projects at the autonomous region level, participated in 3 projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and participated in many other scientific research projects at the autonomous region level. She has published more than 30 academic papers and applied for more than 10 patents.
