The book's author has more than nine years of experience in Geoinformatics and Remote Sensing. Working as a faculty at the School of Environmental Sciences, Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala. He has a number of advanced Remote Sensing research articles to his credit. He is a life member of the Indian Society of Remote Sensing, Indian Society of Geomatics, and Indian Astronautical Society.
