Ahmed

Lieutenant Colonel Ahmed Raza is a veteran Pakistan Army officer whose professional life commenced with his deployment on Pak-Afghani border during the USSR invasion of Afghanistan. After completing his requisite period in his parent infantry unit, he was inducted into Special service Group where he served on various command, staff and instructional appointments. He served as an instructor at the School of Infantry & Tactics; one of the top institutions of Pakistan Army. He commanded a Commando Battalion as a part of the US-Pakistan Joint Task Force in Operation Enduring Freedom in the tribal region along the Pak-Afghan border. After retirement, he eraned PhD degree in International Relations from Preston University (Pakistan). Presently, he is teaching in DHA Suffa University. His work is published in foreign universities.
