     Koperuncholan holds a degree in plant biology and has years of expertise conducting research in nanotechnology. He is an expert in isolating and purifying new compounds as well as the manufacture of phytochemical drugs. His specialized knowledge in the biosynthesis of metal nanoparticles is remarkable. He published more than 30 peer-reviewed publications. His current research focuses on creating the biosynthesis of various nanoparticles combinations and molecular characterization of plants that thrive in harsh environments for bioremediation studies.
