Frank Jerome

The author has over 19 years in teaching and research in Social Studies, Disaster Risk Reduction and Flood Disaster Management in Ghana. He acquired Bachelor of Education in Social Studies from the University of Cape Coast in 2008 and a Master of Philosophy in Geography and Resource Development in 2016. His vast knowledge, researches, publications and experience have impacted policy and practice in the fields of Environment and Social governance as well as in Flood disaster management.
