Hammayo Abubakar, born and raised in Nigeria teaches economics courses relating to development, public finance and policy, managerial, environmental and energy economics at the federal university of Kashere, Nigeria. He has BSc. Economics, Msc. Economics and currently undergoing PhD. In Economics. Among his literary wealth of experiences is an article recently published in a Nigerian magazine, the GAZELLE titled ‘fuel subsidy removal and its perceived socio-economic implications on Nigerians’
