Dr. Christopher E. Alozie is a Nigerian Chartered Accountant in Public Practice; Government Finance Statistician / Public Finance Management Specialist; Consultant Economist; Land Economy/Estate Surveyor & Valuer; Honorary Senior Lecturer (Accounting) and National Co-coordinator of Programmes with Centre for Community Development & Research (CCDR). The researcher has conducted extensive studies on Human Capital Investment Analysis and Measurement in thematic areas of the Education of the Professionally Qualified Accountants as well as Medical Education of Physicians in Nigeria. Dr. Alozie is an Accreditation Resource Consultant. He has actively served as Resource Person for Universities, Polytechnics and Accountancy Tuition Centres for two decades (Team Leader in majority of the assignments). He was also a member of the ICAN’s Sub-committee of Nigeria’s National University
