Dr. Dibesh Karmacharya has a Conservation Biology degree from the Wayne State College (USA) and a PhD on Conservation and Microbiome Genetics from the Griffith University (Australia). He is the founder/CEO of the Center for Molecular Dynamics Nepal (CMDN), a wildlife genetics and clinical epidemiology research center. He leads several innovative research projects including building Nepal’s first wild tiger genetic database, and he specializes in One Health and Conservation Genetics.
