I Priyanka Mondal, belong from a Bengali middle class family of a small town in West Bengal, India. It’s been an amazing journey throughout the research and ofcourse the opportunity of publishing this book is just like a silver lining in my life. My parents, who have always supported me and inspired me to achieve excellence in life has shown its result and one of my biggest pillar of my life is my husband who never let me down and has always energized me to keep on trying for whatever I want to achieve. Last but not the least my Sir, Dr. Surojit Chakraborty who has helped me out a lot in this research, without this person’s guidance I would have never be able to complete my research. Being a small town girl it was never easy for me to cop up with other highly financed batch mates, but when there is a will there is a way, hence my study has always find out its way of completion. Lastly, the complex and challenged phases of this research has made my journey adventurous.
