Dr.M.Bhuvana is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Administration, Vels Institute of Science, Technology and Advanced Studies, Chennai, India. She has completed his Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Management awarded by Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR), New Delhi. She has published 16 articles in Scopus Indexed Journals, 5 Articles in other Indexed Journals and published 4 books in ISBN Number. She is honored and awarded as a Best Young Researcher Female by SIAA – ASDF Research Association in April 2019. She has received best young researcher award 2018 by Prestigious IRDP Group of Journals. She has received two best paper awards in the International Conferences. She has participated in many International and national Conferences, Workshops and Faculty Development Programmes. She is the Editorial Board member for the journal JResLit Journal of Business Administration and Management, United States.
