Description
The development of a learning model based on a philosophy of ageing for a happy life in the context of Thai society would be beneficial if leaders studied data, the guidelines to support the effective model implementation through collaboration among groups of key informants, casual informants, and elderly informants, and the community in accordance with the operational procedures in the model of participatory management and administrative processes in terms of POCO&A+L(PAORS) which were presented in this dissertation, it would be an achievement.
