In various organizations most of the human resource management practices are ineffective because they are not implemented in its true sense. The dilemma lies in the very fact that HRM practices in every organization are to a great extent responsible for its success or failure. The aim of respective research is to critically analyze the effects of HRM practices on organizational performance. This research will help public and private sector organizations to a great extent.
