Description
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of combined exercise methods (aerobic and resistance exercise) and traditional exercise methods (Baduanjin Qigong) in improving the quality of life of postoperative breast cancer patients. It aims to evaluate and compare the impact of these two different exercise intervention methods on breast cancer patients after surgery. Additionally, the study will compare the training experiences of breast cancer patients undergoing different exercise interventions and explore the reasons for any differences in these experiences. The ultimate goal is to provide theoretical support for developing personalized and targeted postoperative exercise programs that can enhance patients' motivation to exercise and improve adherence.
