Discrimination and death penalty are two major complex issues around the globe. After the recent George Floyd Case, it was apparent that discrimination still exists even after establishing independence and implementation of laws. In India, the issue of discrimination exists since decades. In certain instances, gender, race and caste based biasness were observed. Both the countries had taken several steps to avoid any such issues yet the matter seems to be in existence. Several private organisations had also taken steps towards such matters. This book is regarding the analysis of relation between discrimination and death penalty. Furthermore, the book is observing all the significant laws against discrimination and laws sanctioning death penalty. The book is a step towards awareness regarding such issues. This book intends to highlight these issues and suggest adequate measures that can be taken in such cases.
