Description

This book analyzed the contribution of university middle management to the quality of education in the university of Juba. This is because within the university structure, university middle management exist responsible for polices, programmes and activities in each functional area. Because of that the quality of education in a university particularly depends on how university middle management execute its mandate. The book analyzed the following themes: The relationship between university middle management and university policies; the relationship between university policies and university funding; the relationship between university funding and quality of education and the relationship between university middle management and the quality of education. The book indicated that university middle management contributed 65% to quality of education in the University of Juba which makes University of Juba not being competitive internationally for that reason the book proposed a model of collegiate system for the University of Juba to strengthen the mandate of university middle management so that it can contribute more to quality of education.
