Description

Nowadays, most of our day to day applications rely upon futuristic wireless networks starting from home appliances, healthcare, environment monitoring and even up to battlefield surveillance. The wireless networks are resource constrained in terms of memory, processing capabilities and energy. This book focuses mainly on energy efficiency and also it has suggested various energy efficient techniques to improve the lifetime of wireless networks. The book has three chapters. The first chapter is for Mobile Adhoc Networks (MANETs), second and third are for Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN).
