Leo S.F. LIN is a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Southern Mississippi, U.S.A. He is the Co-chair of the Information Warfare and Intelligence Discussion Group, Young Professionals in Foreign Policy (YPFP) in Washington DC, and a senior fellow with the Research Institute for European and American Studies (RIEAS). He is also an editorial board member of the Journal of European and American Intelligence Studies (JEAIS).
