Dr. Todd A. Clark

Todd Clark has served in multiple roles within the criminal justice system including as a Police Officer, as a Corrections Officer and as a Parole Agent. He currently serves as a Deputy District Director for the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections Parole Field Services.
