Dr. Theophile Shyiramunda

Having worked in education sector, studied Education and being a PhD Candidate at Leipzig University in Germany, the research interests of Theophile Shyiramunda include currently the Higher Education Institutions and Communities. Mr Shyiramunda has served Rwanda Polytechnic Higher Learning Institution-IPRC Musanze as an Academic quality assurance Officer and later one he became Pedagogy Monitor under the quality assurance directorate.
