E. Alaphia

E. Alaphia Wright, PhD, retired as Director, UNESCO Liaison Office to the African Union (AU) and the UN Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA), and Representative to Ethiopia. He has been a Director of the Windhoek Office, a Senior Evaluation Specialist at Headquarters in Paris, Dean of Engineering in Zimbabwe, Visiting Professor in Zambia, and a Research Fellow in Germany. Prof. Wright is a strong proponent of the Systems Thinking Approach. He is the developer of both the Systems-ware model of the Logframe and the RBM Logical ScoreCard©. His publications include 7 books and more than 100 papers.
