This study aim's to determine whether there is an influence between work environment, discipline, and work motivation on employee performance at the London School of Public Relations (LSPR) Campus Jakarta. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach. The result showed that there was a significant influence between work environment, discipline, and work motivation as the independent variables on employee performance as the dependent variable.
