Fabrice

AUTHOR Fabrice is an expert in Foresight and IT Project Management. He is the head of the ICT Department for a national program in Cameroon (PCP-ACEFA) on the supervision of AFD (Agence Française de développement). He was also a given practical course at one private university school in Yaounde (ISTAG).
