Paula Graves’ first taste of ministry was as a pastor’s wife, then she obtained her M.Div. degree from the Master's Institute. Thomas Graves receive a M. Div. degree from Concordia Theological Seminary and has pastored congregations since 1999. They have pastored together and also have collaborated on podcasts and blogs since 2019.
