This book contains author's research work in CBIR. Introduction and early research is given in this book. Toolset for Content based image retrieval are sensor module, tools like edge detection, shape detection, color, height and width detection as features used for image retrieval. Color detection uses Rachev's method in a modified form with first 3 most dominant colors taken from each zone. Height and width is normally detected.
