Denise

Denise works  as an Early Years Teacher, Manager and Inclusion Co Ordinator specialising in creating inclusive learning environments in support of the Holistic development of the child. Action research features in her early years practice and her promotion of voice of the child . She runs Úlla Beag in East Clare, a green Early Years school and holds a  Masters in Early Childhood Studies, an Ad Dip in Inclusive Education and a Special award in Inclusion Co-ordination. She also works in a mentoring, program lead, research  and tutoring role in MIC. She continues her  research in  Early Years bringing voice for the Child and Early Years teachers to the fore of policy and process adding value to families and the EY sector.
