My Name is Mubiru Charles Dick, a born of Uganda, Eastern Africa. I was born in 1979. I am married.   I hold  a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science of Uganda Christian University. I hold MSc. Software Project Management from University of Mauritius (2019 -2021). I worked with National Identity Card Project  currently National Identification Registration Authority (NIRA) as Citizenship Verification Officer (2014-2015).
