Sunil Rana is an Industrial Engineering graduate from National Institute of Technology Allahabad, India and Master's in Human Resource Management from University of Salford, UK. He has vast expereince in Human Resources and Resource planning field in various sectors such as Automobile (Tata Motors), Manufacturing (Hindalco Industries), Oil & Gas (McDermott International) and recently aviation (Emirates Airlines, Dubai AIrports). He hails from the Himalayan region of India (Himachal Pradesh) and currently lives in Dubai (UAE), where apart from working on his current assignment is engaged in doing independent research on Human Resource topics to add new knowlege to the field for the benefit of wider HR community.
