Nkosana Carlon

Nkosana C. Bilatyi  was born in Zwelitsha, King Williams from a poor family. He did schooling in Zwelitsha and Matriculated in 1983. Furthered his studies at Fort Hare, UPE, Pretoria Universities, attained Masters in Education in 2013, PHD in 2018 with the University of Fort Hare. Started teaching in 1993  Somerset East. He is married with four children. He is currently employed at the Education Dept as a Deputy Chief Education Specialist.
