Ananya

Ms. Ananya Singh is a Teaching and Research Fellow and Academic Tutor at O.P. Jindal Global University. She has a strong interest in research areas concerning the regulation of proxy advisory firms in India and the justifiability of increasing remuneration of the board of directors. Ms. Singh has consistently focused on qualitative research with a special focus on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and intersections of law, business and human rights, and produced three papers which are currently distributed on Social Science Research Network.
