Kebashnee is an academic at Pearson Institute of Higher Education. She has a PhD in Information Systems and Technology from the University of KwaZulu Natal (2019). Kebashnee enjoys writing articles/research papers about technology usage in education, emerging technologies and social media aoption in teaching and learning. A case study approach was adopted to determine how an institution can effectively manage the use of Web 2.0 tools by performing cross case study of two higher education institutions.
