Meng

Meng Miao is an associate professor at the School of Finance, Renmin University of China. He obtained his DPhil degree in Financial Economics at the University of Oxford. His research interests lie in the area of corporate finance, institutional economics and economic development in China. Currently he is interested in how property rights protection and political connections have promoted economic development in China. He has published multiple papers in top economic journals including the Journal of financial economics.
