Edward

Edward Ombui is passionate about African Philosophy, and intentional about marriage and parenting, with most of his weekends spent playing and teaching piano to his triplets plus one! As a CS senior Lecturer, his teaching and administration experience spans over 12 years of uniquely integrating leaner-centered pedagogical methodologies, computational thinking, and multilingual knowledge, to train students in the design of computational solutions to process natural languages. Besides, he has published extensively on IEEE, the African Academy of Languages journal (KUWALA), among other journals. His professional membership includes the CSK, Association for computational Linguistics, IEEE, and the African Language Technology group.
