Yideg Alemu, Lecturer, and Researcher in areas related to environment and agricultural development, sustainable livelihoods, climate change and impact assessments in the Faculty of Environment, Gender and Development Studies (FEGDS) at the Agricultural Resource Economics and Management (AREM) program at the College of Agriculture, Hawassa University, Ethiopia, and a PhD candidate at Center for Development Studies (CDS), Center for Rural Development (CRD), Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia. He has several publications on journals in subjects mentioned above. He has attended several international courses, including the Competing claims course 2015, Wageningen, the Netherlands, March 2015, and Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), Food Security and Nutrition, Gender and Value Chain Analysis in Ethiopia. Currently he is conducting his PhD research on Agricultural Investement.
