'Human Activity Recognition using Wearable Sensors' is Jamie O'Hallorans first book, and first of many for sure. He is currently working as a Business Analyst in one of the sunniest parts of Europe, Lugano in Switzerland. His educational background consists of a Bachelors in Business Information Systems, an MSc in Business Analytics followed by a second MSc in Computer Science (Data Analytics). His studies, which he completed in Galway, Ireland has given him a broad base to approach many IT related topics in the future, ranging from object oriented programming to Data Analytics to Artifical Intelligence. Jamie especially enjoys researching how Artifical Intelligence can be put into practice, specifically in the banking and healthcare industry, where he believes groundbreaking research has yet to be discovered.
