Dr. Sapna Sa is a gender specialist with Doctorate from National Law School of India University, Bengaluru. Currently is the Head of the Department & Professor of School of Law, Christ Deemed to be University, Bangalore. She is a Gender consultant with the Department of Labour, Government of Karnataka working extensively on gender capacity building & legal advocacy. She has also worked as researcher for Centre for Women and Law (CWL), National Law School of India University (NLSIU) and on the Ford Foundation Project on Human Rights Advocacy at NLSIU. She teaches Globalization, Law & Justice course for LLM students and International Commercial Arbitration Course for undergrad students. Her research interests are in the area of Globalization, International commercial arbitration & women issues.
